When purchasing an item, upon payment a confirmation email will be sent of your order. We will ship the item as soon as payment has cleared. Once the item has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. All customers are required to pay shipping for any returns. The item must be in its original working condition in order for a refund to be given. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise for a refund. Returns are accepted only within the first 30-days from the date the item was purchased.
